Trulyp Analytics

A look inside the Trulyp Analytics workbooks.

Explore Floraya workbooks built in Trulyp Analytics for sales, planning and financial data. See how different Trulyp capabilities bring each workbook to life and turn data into actionable insights.

Floraya is Trulyp’s sample dataset, designed to help you explore, learn and prototype in a realistic environment before working with large-scale or sensitive data.

To put it to work, we created a series of Floraya workbooks in Trulyp Analytics, exploring different ways to visualise and interact with sales, planning and financial data. Here’s a look at what we built, how each workbook works and the Trulyp capabilities behind them.

Putting a face to the figures

In Business Pulse, the Floraya products are the focus of the story. We used HTML components to show the flowers alongside their sales and margins, making it easy to connect the numbers with each product. You can spot which products bring in the most revenue and whether high sales also mean strong margins. Filters and an interactive table help you dig deeper into where and how those products sell.

Giving planning a hands-on feel

For Sales Forecast, we used spreadsheets so users can edit forecast values directly in the workbook. Sales trends help you spot peaks and quieter periods, giving you a starting point for planning. From there, you can enter figures, build formulas and watch the charts update—making it easier to explore different expectations and see how they compare with actual sales.

Making the financial story easier to follow

The Profit & Loss workbook uses FinanceTables to explore how revenue and costs affect profitability. Comparisons against budget and prior year help you see where performance has changed, while visual variance indicators draw attention to the biggest gaps. Expandable groups let you follow those gaps into the detail and understand which costs or revenue lines are driving them.

Together, these workbooks show how the right tools can help people spot patterns, ask better questions and put their insights to work.
